      Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System was introduced in Tamilnadu as a flagshop Program and who inaugurated in salem District by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamilnadu on 17.02.2020.

       On Implementation of IFHRMS Payable presented at Treasuries have been passed and the amount claimed has been credited into the SB A/C of the Employee/Teachers concerned. On the same day and SMS has also been send to their mobiles numbers. Thus  39919 Govt. Employees/Teachers have been benefited by this new software.

      Further, necessary provision has been enabled in this software to view and cheek the details of salary sent to their Bank A/C using their Employee Id on successful implementation of IFHRMS to the Govt Employees, the scheme has been extended to the state Govt Pension also with effect from July 2020. 20,205 state Govt. pensioner 9,517 Family Pensioner and 783 special pensioner are now availing the beneficiary of this scheme.

     To avoid the handship to the pensioner, provision has been enabled in this software to view their pension details from home using their pensioner id.

Further, more features for assisting the Employees as well as the pensioners version websites have been made available as detailed below.
