Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place

Don’t leave home for anything other than the essential activities.Stay healthy at home
Cover Cough and Sneezes
Always cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or use the inside of your elbow.
Wear a Face Mask
Wear your mask over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.It helps to slow the spread of COVID-19
Clean and Disinfect
Clean high touch surfaces daily. This includes doorknobs, light switches, desks, phones, toilets and sinks.
